•    Device physics, modeling, fabrication and characterization of high-speed devices (MESFETs and HEMTs) using different III-V compound semiconductor materials such as GaAs, GaN, SiC and InP.

•    Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) fabrication, design and characterization.

•    III-V MicroElectro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) fabrication and implementation.

•    Fabrication and characterization of photonic devices such as SHG, modulators, etc. using ferroelectric material (Lithium Niobate).

•    Fabrication and characterization of optoelectronic devices such as Laser diodes using III-V compound semiconductors.

1.    Manual household load control from inside and outside of the room, with backup power supply from generator.

2.    Design and implementation of a speed varying rechargeable DC fan with power supply indicator.

3.    Implementation of a Variable DC source with short circuit checker from 220V AC supply.

4.    Logic voltmeter capable of detecting variable Discrete DC supply (1V to 5V) implemented by Op-Amps.

5.    Logical design and Hardware implementation of Tic Tac Toe for two players constructed by logic gates.

6.    Increasing output voltage of a DC generator with the help of spur gears using a DC motor as a prime mover.
